A solo project by Boston based MC Bobby Purjin. The three tracks here are as gorgeous and unrepentant as you could ask for. Highlights include a blearily played sample of a drum solo before reaching a cacophony of static and drums. The flip is more atmospheric, as Purjin’s voice is distorted and looped like a broken record. Sounds of broken glass, screams of agony, and the sounds of machinery failing to move in a gruelling sequence of events. There’s a little bit of the broken machine voice in “Twisted” too, but it’s mostly just a goofy tinkly sample.
